Experience Free Standard Shipping automatically applied to your purchase. No code necessary. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, or P.O. Boxes.

Orders processed within 24 hours, often shipped same day. Limited time to cancel or modify. Contact customer service for help.

WindScreenSupply Co. carries at all times a full inventory of all the products offered from the site. All orders are shipped using our preferred partner, FedEx. If you need your order urgently, you can call us directly, and we can accommodate options for you.

Return & Exchange Policy

We are confident in the quality of all the products we sell, and we know you will enjoy using our products. Our knowledgeable staff is here to help you with any questions you may have on our products. If for whatever reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your merchandise. We do not accept returns on material that has been installed, cut, or altered. Your product must be in new and sellable condition. Only new material is eligible for refund or exchange. All orders eligible for return will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

Once your package is received by our Customer Service Team, we will review and process your Exchange and inform you once the new item is shipped out to you. Shipping charges will not be refunded on any exchange.

How long will it take to ship my order?

Windscreen Supply Co. has a large inventory in stock always ready to ship. Standard orders ship within 1 - 2 business days.

How to Measure Your Fence?

Measure from the inside of first post to inside of last post on straight runs. Windscreens should only cover the fence mesh/material.
For gates, measure the width and height inside the gate frame.

How are Fence Screens Packaged Safely for Shipping?

All our fence screens, mesh tarps, and shade covers are carefully folded and packaged securely prior to shipping. Long raw rolls are folded in half and then rolled up to make them more efficient during transport.

Acoustic Panels are packaged in retail boxes and placed inside a carton for shipping.

How much does shipping cost?

We ship all your orders FREE of charge. We use FedEx as our preferred carrier.
You will receive a tracking information once your order ships out.
